All booking requests are subject to availability. All flights are weather permitting.

 In case of cancellation by luxorhotairballoon.com/due to weather, a full refund will be provided.

If you are late you will be left behind and you will be charged in full as a no-show.

In booking your flight with luxorhotairballoon.com/you agree to listen carefully and obey your pilot’s instructions at all times.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. We will not deal or provide any flights to any of The Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Egypt.

Rates are quoted in USD (United States Dollar) and EGP (Egyptian Pound). Rate can be subject to change at the discretion of the Company.

Payment by VISA or MASTERCARD usage: Guests using the website who are minor /under the age of 18 shall not transact on the website.

All pick up and drop off locations and times published are an estimate only and are subject to change at short notice due to external factors such as road closures, traffic, adverse weather conditions and maintenance.

Balloon Company has the right to refuse to carry a passenger whose behavior is detrimental to the enjoyment of the others.

Any threats to safety, being physical or verbal, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip.

Health & Safety: Passengers must be in good physical and mental health and will be required to sign a waiver of release indicating as such before boarding the balloon.

Passengers must be physically able to climb over the side (about 47 inches or 1,20 m high), into the basket with the steps provided, stand unassisted for the length of the flight and adopt the bended knee seated landing position.

We make every effort to ensure that people with disabilities have the opportunity to participate in balloon flights wherever it is possible and safe to do so. When booking Balloons must be advised of any guests with heart conditions, back or hip problems, weak knees or ankles, fainting spells, recent surgeries or currently under the care of a physician.

You must not fly if you are suffering from any significant medical condition or if you have recently undergone major surgery.

Pregnant women should not fly.

Minimum age for children is 6 years.

Weight per passenger allowed 125kg in winter season from November to April and 110kg in summer season from May to October. More than this will charge double
